Project Overview
The rear lawn area was originally compacted clay and bare soil, lacking structure and usability. We rebuilt the lawn area using quality fescue turf, creating a lush, healthy surface suitable for long-term use.
Timber edging was installed to define the lawn boundaries, improve visual separation, and assist with drainage control.
Along the side boundaries, we constructed custom timber garden boxes filled with vegetable mix, creating productive growing spaces for the homeowners.
In the spa area, we repaired and reinstated the privacy screening, replacing missing slats to restore enclosure and comfort. A custom two-tier planter box was also built and filled with vegetable mix to add both function and greenery to the space.
New paving and decorative pebble areas were installed around the spa zone to improve access and create a more practical, clean circulation path.
At the front of the property, we completed a garden refresh by removing overgrowth, carrying out full weeding, and installing structured hedging to improve street appeal and definition.
A small feature pathway was also added leading to the water feature, finished with a combination of pebble sizes to create a refined and cohesive visual detail.
