From Bare Clay to Finished Landscape
Green Gecko Gardens completed a full landscape transformation for this newly built home in Henderson, turning bare clay ground into a fully functional and cohesive outdoor space.
With the property starting as a blank canvas, we delivered a complete outdoor package focused on structure, usability, and visual appeal.
Scope of Work
Front fence and gate installation for street appeal and structure
Rear boundary hedge planting for privacy
Garden planting along side boundaries and front yard
Ready lawn installation (front and rear sections)
Compacted gravel base preparation for swimming pool area
Paver pathway installation for access and flow
Project Overview
The project began with a raw, newly developed section consisting of exposed clay and no defined outdoor structure.
We first reinstated the front fence to establish boundary definition and improve street presentation. Planting was then introduced throughout the property to soften the new build, provide privacy, and create a more established landscape feel.
Ready lawn was installed across key areas of the front and rear yard, delivering an instant green finish and usable outdoor space.
A compacted gravel base was constructed to support a future swimming pool area, ensuring proper stability and drainage. To complete the layout, a clean paver pathway was installed to improve movement through the section and connect key outdoor areas.
The finished landscape is a balanced, functional outdoor environment that complements the new home while significantly improving usability and street appeal.
This project demonstrates our ability to take a completely bare site and deliver a structured, practical, and visually cohesive outdoor space from front to back.
